Another Season Incoming: Jindy Opens June 6 – Time to Lock It In, Legends 🌮

Winter is coming… and so is Beach Burrito Jindabyne! We’re dusting off the guac bowls and firing up the grills on June 6, 2025, just in time for another snow-fuelled season of pow, parties, and pacificos. Book your crew in now to avoid missing the party…

Now, if you’re planning a snow trip with your mates this winter – listen up. Jindy fills up fast during the season, and unless you want to be sleeping in your car (no judgement, we’ve seen it), you need to book your accom early.

We’ve pulled together a cheeky little guide to help you sort your digs before it’s all gone – plus a few spicy tips to keep your wallet (and your crew) happy.

🛌 Top Picks for Young, Snow-Hungry Legends

1. The Station

Basically the OG spot for groups. Affordable, social, and only a short drive from the slopes. Think ski-lodge-meets-music-festival vibes with plenty of parking and big group rooms. Pro tip: Book a whole cabin with your crew and live like snow royalty (budget royalty, but still).

2. Banjo Patterson Inn

Right in the heart of Jindy – close to everything (read: us). Big pub energy, live music, and it turns into a bit of a party hub. You’ll probably end up here anyway, so might as well sleep upstairs, right?

3. Alpine Gables

Cosy, affordable, and perfect for groups who want to keep it a little quieter after hours (or recover from the night before). Kitchenettes mean you can smash out brekkie before heading to the lifts.

4. Camping in Jindabyne

You absolute dirtbag legend. Camping is the ultimate budget play – and yes, it can be done if you’re prepared. Check out the local holiday parks for powered sites, showers, and the full frostbite-adjacent experience.

💰 Budget Tips: Ballin’ on a Burrito Budget

  • Book early and split costs – Bigger groups = cheaper per head. Most of the good spots book out by mid-May.
  • Jindy > on-mountain – Staying in town is way more affordable, and you’re close to the nightlife (and us, duh).
  • Hit the supermarket – Save your cash for margaritas – cook brekkie and bring snacks up the hill.
  • Free buses – They run between Jindy and the resorts. That’s more coin for Fireball shots.

🌮 After Dark? Beach Burrito’s Where It’s At

We’re not just here to feed your face after a day of shredding (though we do that too). This season, Beach Burrito Jindabyne is throwing down:

  • 🌮 Weekly Trivia Nights – rally the crew and prove you know more than just après cocktails
  • 🔥 Locals Nights – big vibes, bigger discounts
  • 🎧 DJs + Live Bands – from funk to filthy basslines, all season long
  • 🎉 Volcom, RedBull & Fireball Parties – branded chaos in the best way possible

There’s no beach in the Snowy Mountains, but that hasn’t stopped us from building a snow-castle of chaos above Lake Jindabyne. With our black-and-white tiled floors, old-school skull branding, and enough Pacifico to fill the lake, this is the après spot of the season.

🚨 TL;DR – Don’t Sleep on It

See you legends soon.
Bring the crew. We’ll bring the chaos.
