It's OKAY, you've got this!

There’s no doubt about it – What’s happening in the world is increasing our stress levels. We’re all facing something strange, uncertainty, loneliness and even grief as we collectively witness and experience this pandemic. 

On top of that, for the most part we don’t have access to all of our usual comforts, like grabbing a bite with a friend or sweating it out at the gym. As a result we may end up reaching for other less healthy ways to cope.

For some of us, that’s throwing out that good morning routine, because right now sleeping in seems easier than facing the day ahead. It’s really easy to end up spending more time scrolling on Insta and the 24/7 news cycles can get you stuck in a Groundhog Day. And if were being totally honest the occasional Margarita or 6 pack is NOT actually that occasional.
